well used with a few damp spots no direct leaks ,one soft spot in front of door on floor (inside) has no impact on usability can be fixed easy, a couple of damp areas have been sorted overall condition is good for the age considering its never been stored in a barn or covered, all work/renovations are only DIY based no major structural work needed frame is in very good condition just needs some tlc but we have stayed in it from time to time so can be used, electric sockets work how ever have not tested fridge heater etc for a while only needed the sockets as used at home. its approximately 23feet long inc tow bar and it births 6 persons plenty of storage with a gas cooker (not used) perfect project caravan, sold as seen collection only may need a little air in tyres. comes with a tv dvd kettle. thetford cassette toilet/shower.
