A clean and tidy caravan with 4 sofas which pull out into one standard size double bed at the back end and a super king size double bed at the front end. One bunk bed over the back double also an option for light and little people! The gas oven, grill and hob work a treat and lights all good on both battery and mains, with a few bulbs missing. The gas fire has sporadically worked recently but not reliably.
Windows all clear but a few are missing working hold-out stabilisers. There is a new water pump provided and a new pressure switch which needs to be installed in-line to stop the water being pumped in if the taps are not on. Cold water in the kitchen sink works the hot water system and the taps in the bathroom need some TLC / trouble shooting to get working. Mains electricity to water heater works but trip switch kicks in so something needs resolving here too.
The caravan is dry and generally mould free but obviously in a caravan of this age there is a bit of damp encroaching – there is a small leak in the bathroom area from the roof light and a small crack in the plastic wet -room floor- so it drains perfectly and doesn’t go into the rest of the van! The van smells clean and dry- there is some damp in the cupboard over the gas fire and in one of the top cupboards in the back bedroom area…
