In fair condition for age cooker fridge and toilet and all electrics all in good working order. No cushions thats the reason for the double mattress and the throw. Have made up 2 seats and the back has a bench which also can be removed for 2 seats and a table. Spare wheel with new tyre. Road worthy. In the corner the back rest had rot was removed and sealed also front window resealed. No carpet.clean and dry caravan a small project.
