Hi and welcome to my auction of my 4 birth caravan.It has a fully working cooker and fridgehot water and gas fire Full awrning with ground sheet Microwave Loads of utensils plates and cups glass saucepans two gas bottles Two water bottles and waste containerWater pump Toilet and shower Alko stabilizer and lock Front seating area turns into a double bed and the side seating area turns into bunk beds.One or two windows brackets that hold the window open are broken The caravan is dry and doesn’t leak in but there is some damp where the side window is and in the wardrobe and in the shower. I’m just been honest because when I bought it it had quite a bit of damp on the front window which I didn’t know about so i repaired the front end of the caravan with new plywood and installation and new window seals four years ago and the front end is solid.
