Ideal well cared for starter caravan, great condition inside and out, we bought it a couple of years ago to see if we liked caravanning, and we do, so we’re buying a bigger one. It looks great, has good kit inside, and was one of the better models with nice detailing inside.
If you are a first time buyer, here is the important information:
Towing: The weight of the caravan is 935Kg (kerb weight), and has a MAXIMUM weight of 1150Kg (the MTPLM weight is the Kerb weight plus the things in it). This is light. The MTPLM weight is what you need to match with your car towing capacity. It’s single axel, easy to tow. The van is 6.14m long, (4.67 inside, great medium sized van) , 2.13m wide and has been CRIS registered.
Alko: It is very important the caravan has an Alko hitch, this stops it wobbling about. You will need the right tow ball (£10 to buy) but it is worth fitting because otherwise the van will wobble more.
Layout: This is in our opinion, the BEST layout of a van. Lots of caravans have massive bathrooms which waste a lot of space. This one is a great mix of relaxing space, and beds, and when the kids go to bed, they are at the other end of the van, not along side! Also, the toilet has a separate sink.
