1997 Swift Fairway 4 berth caravan, good condition for the age it has age related marks as you would expect for a 21 year old caravan. It could do with a clean as it is in open storage and i have not used it this year due to ill health.It has an end bathroom, a dinette that changes to bunk beds and a good sized double bed at the front.All windows have fly screens and blackout blinds also has fly screen on the door. It has warm air heating and hot and cold water, a fridge and oven and gas hob. All worked ok the last time we used them.There is a soft spot in the floor by the fridge which is an easy fix for someone with a bit of diy knowledge. Comes with plates, cutlery, utensils and saucepans. There is an outside electric socket and a bbq gas outlet. Deposit of £100 to be paid at the end of the auction, the rest payable on collection.
