2012 Caravan Sterling Elite Searcher. This is the top of the range Caravan. It is in excellent condition throughout and has all the main dealer service records. The seating is the Swift Group Impala stain resistant and easy clean fabrics. There is a large Fridge/Freezer, Dual Fuel Hob and Electric Cooker and Microwave (Unused).The washroom/shower room has a Thetford toilet with electric flush, wash basin and full height shower cubicle (Unused).The heating is the Alde central heating system which can be electronically programmed.There is an on board water tank for those who winter caravan.For safety and security the van has an Alko AKS3004 stabilser, Alko ATC Trailer Control, Alko Secure wheel lock,nAlko underfloor spare wheel carrier and spare wheel (steel) and the benefit of twin axles.The roof ventilation is by a large Heki roof vent and two other openings.Also the very large front sun roof (fixed) All have blinds and flyscreens. The windows all have curtains, blinds and flyscreens apart from kitchen which has only a blind for safety reasons.For entertainment there is a Radio/mp3/CD player with ipod connection, Pre-wired TV points and Satellite point, external plug in BBQ point.
