Good condition inside. The bathroom at the back is great as a changing room and includes a large wardrobe/storage cupboard.Selling as children have grown up. It comes with full awning, waste and fresh water containers, electric hook up. Awning not used by us as we have an Air awning that is not included, so no idea of condition. We have used it since the front was damaged with no issues. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch, but please be aware we only go on Ebay once a day
