I have for sale my 5 berth Caravan, This has been used by us for the past 2 years, it comes with a full size awning and has the option for a fixed bed. We have had a bed made to measure that fits in the dinette part of the caravan. This has sliding doors so can be closed off to make a bedroom. This sale includes 1 Aqua roll for the water, 1 waste hog, 1 nearly full 16kg Gas bottle, electric hook up cable, 2 sets of steps, one plastic and the other is a 2 step tread step. Basically everything you need to get away. I have loved this caravan and will be sad to see it go, only reason for selling is we have bought a static on the same site. The caravan is situated in York (viewings welcome)Bad bits, We have no leisure battery as it packed in last year and we have had no need for one as the caravan has stayed on site all year round. Some of the blinds need retensioning. The handbook explains how to do this, The fire has a crack on the top where something fell out of the cupboard. The toilet seat also has a crack in it. The heating and fridge are both Gas and electric, we have never used them on gas due to being sited and hooked up to the electric. The caravan did have a Gas and Electrical test when we bought it 2 years ago…
