Brought a couple of weeks ago.Been away but wife doesn’t like camping.so reselling.everything works.tiny tear in awning above door. which we only noticed while putting away. There is a repair kit in bag.Awning is a 3/4 PORCH one. very big. Ample room for an outside bedroom if needed.Some marks here and there but nothing major.In fact in pretty decent condition.
