Middle dining area converts into bunk beds.3 ring gas cooker, Grill and Oven.3 way Fridge with freezer compartment.Sink with running water. Truma blown air heating.TV aerial point. 12v /240v lighting and plug sockets. Cassette toilet, wash basin and shower. Very small crack in shower base. Wardrobe in bathroom area, which is an ideal separate/private dressing area. Clean upholstery. No dogs/non smokers. Lots of storage cupboards and storage beneath seating. One of the walls behind the sofa has a bump in the wall, it was there when we bought it.. As per photo.Front cupboard with drawers also pulls out to make a small table. But also has a free standing table and the dining area table too. So places to eat and the kids to play. All windows have blinds. Nice skylight brings in lots of light. All appliances working order, except hot water not working (small fix, most likely the element). Alko hitch and 2 hook ups Points. Water pump included. Also has outside gas pipe for outdoor bbq’s. Overall size 6.86m x 2.16mTotal mass laden 1340kgLots of paperwork and 2 sets of keys. Body on the outside mainly clean and tidy but an odd scratch and an awawning pole dent as per the photo.
