The Swift Corniche 19-2 E is a two berth caravan that features a traditional front seating area, spacious kitchen and large rear washroom. The central kitchen includes a gas hob, oven and grill, sink and drainer with folding cover and a fridge with internal freezer compartment. The rear washroom features a cassette toilet, shower and basin. A large wardrobe is situated opposite the washroom. The appliances have not been tested. Handbooks, manuals and spare keys provided. There is NO ‘Buy It Now’ price, this auction will NOT be finished early. This caravan contains damp and floor de-lamination and will require remedial work. No warranty is given or implied. Damp has been found around the toilet (50% with soft boarding), the rear off-side upper corner (25%), around the front window (50%) and in the Off-side floor (25%). Whilst we have been as accurate as possible with the damp report, damp may be found in other area’s. The readings may have increased since the initial inspection.
