No warranty is given or implied. The systems and appliances have not been tested. The damp is located in the Upper N/S and is showing readings of between 30 and 80% with soft boarding. On the F/O/S corner, there are readings of up to 80% with soft boarding. Reading of up to 99% have been found around the front windows, with soft boarding present. low readings of 20& have been found in isolated areas on the O/S and N/S flooring.
