Very light and easy to tow, in good condition for its year, odd age related marks no serious bangs or bashes . All lights and indicators work fine . Good tyres. 3 way fridge , cooker and oven all work fine , comes with 2 gas bottles, electric hook up, hook to house mains, water and waste containers, porch awning, winter cover, 2 whale water pumps, platinum leisure battery, set of towing mirrors, electric hook up from car to caravan,. Bad points sometimes water does not work but then works perfect probably an easy fix loose connection ? Burn mark on cooker cover , seat covering has been recovered on one side this was how we bought it . We have a set of throws to go over if wanted . This caravan has a low reserve need room on our drive thanks happy bidding
