Early 90s 2 berth swift cornishe – 18ftThis has been a family caravan but unfortunately age has taken its toll and the body has come away from the base at the front (tow hitch end). We have towed it with a rachet strap securing it although were selling in favour of a safer option as not sure how much towing life is left in it (if any).Good points:Gas oven and hob working3 way fridge (gas/12v/mains) working (needs a v good clean)240v mains hook up working when we bought it but never usedNo visable signs of damp and is completely dryMoney to be made from components e.g. Windows Bad points:Slight springy floor as you enter Visable cosmetic wear and tear on both in and outside Someone crashed into it and knocked one of the handles off it/dented itUnstable body as mentioned before causing caravan to dip at back end and bounce when towingWe have looked into getting it mended professionally and it would be possible with a tig-weld.This caravan, if cleaned, would make a fine office/spare room or can be stripped for parts (we don’t have time hence sale).Caravan must be collected within 48 hours of sale from storage in Swinton, Manchester during day light hours. Sold as seen.
