Plates, cutlery etc included.No damp or rot.Would benefit from a service for gas appliances but all work well. 2 aqua rolls, hook up cable, waste tank, propane bottle all included. Almost new airbeam inflatable awning included too. Caravan has been on a camp site for the last 10 years but has been moved regularly.
