This is Dotty. A vintage 1980s Swift caravan we purchased a few years ago.It’s been a labour of love. We completely ripped it out, made it watertight and insulated it. We’ve put wood panelling on the ceilings and sides. We’ve replaced the roof windows, gutted and redone the floors. Added bespoke fitted cupboards with an electric hob, sink and new worktops.We’ve fitted the electric units and even have the spotlights and wiring.We’ve built a new seating area with storage.And even built the frame to take another double bed above the main seating area for the kids.Why are we selling? We don’t want to – as you can imagine we’ve spent thousands of pounds and so much time on this project. But we have to move overseas because of work.We want this to go to a family who’ll enjoy finishing the project off (most of it is cosmetic) and enjoy her for many years for family holidays.
