This is a lovely little Caravan, that sadly we just haven’t been using enough due to a change in circumstances so we have decided it’s time to let her go for a new family to enjoy.She is in pretty good condition especially considering her age, her floor is Solid and she has no signs of damp I have checked in multiple areas and there is no more moisture than u’d usually get in timber. She also has a galvanised A Frame which is in good condition. She does have the odd dent or dink and there is a little crazing/small cracks in the external skin of a couple of the plastic windows, however these do not cause any issues or leaks.Before our ownership she did have a small leak near the gas fires chimney, this was resealed by the previous owner and has not leaked for years, however the wallpaper in the bathroom in the localised area was removed to check that the wall dried out properly and this has never been re-papered as we only use the room for storage. She also has a section of ceiling paper that has been painted which looks ok but obviously isn’t an exact match to the rest of the ceiling sections.She will come with all the essentials so will be ready to use straight away. There is also a Sunn Camp Swift Canopy 260 awning that has only been used a handful of times.
