This has been our country bolt-hole near Dovedale for over
thirty years! Very sadly, the landowner
is selling up and we have to move off.
Although it’s no longer towable, it’s dry and snug all weathers, thanks
to the wood burner. A couple of years
ago, we did look at getting it roadworthy again and this was going to happen,
but Covid came along and scuppered our plans.
We no longer have anyone willing to take that project on and it’s beyond
our ability to do it ourselves, so with much heart-wrenching we have to let it
go. We would much, much rather someone
else took it and loved it than it ending up in a skip, which is now a real
possibility. Even dismantling it for
spares would be better than junking it.
Good points:

Front A-frame, tow hitch and brake connectors
missing
w Wheels rusty, may need replacing, tyres no longer serviceable
