Vintage caravan 1976 SPRITE ALPINE Purchased 4 years ago in a dreadful state. I have been restoring this and now decided to buy a brand new caravan instead.All seat cushions have been professionally re-upholstered in a tough duck egg blue upholstery fabric. The curtains have also been made professionally and hung on new curtain wires. The front 3 windows are the original glass and have had new seals put on – there are still a couple of latches that need replacing. The front window was fixed shut when we got her and could do with a new seal, I have taped it for now.The door is the original stable door, there is no working lock but the door shuts tight.The bathroom has been restored and still has the original printed wall boards. I have added a bathroom cabinet and a toilet roll holder. The caravan will come complete with the porta loo if you would like it?The big larder storage cupboard has had some fabric hanging pockets made and the original shelves lined with a spotty sticky backed plastic.I have not attempted to install any gas to the small gas fire.The caravan will come complete with it’s original sink, hob and fridge but I have not done any work on any of these items apart from cleaning. We have never bothered with cooking or washing up inside the van as we always use the campsite facilities.The original hanging bunk will be included. The metal rails are a little rusty,…
