For sale is our much loved Retro Shabby Chic 1970’s Alpine Sprite Caravan. Her name is Bluebell, and we have owned her for 3 years now, she has given us a lot of pleasure and fantastic holidays and she always turned heads everywhere we went! Unfortunately, the time has come for her to move on due to family illness. We hope that she will give another family the joy and happy times we have experienced! Bluebell is 12ft long and 7ft 6in wide, and is very light to tow.She has been converted to 240v mains electric, and is 3/4 berth, one of which is is a hammock which is suitable for a small child. The table drops down to make a double bed, but we didn’t use it as a bed base as we had slats made for this purpose. She has a wardrobe with shelves and a hanger rail. She is clean and dry, and has recently been sealed with caravan silicone. She has beautiful vintage handmade fabric recovered seating, which is removable for washing. The flooring is a stunning red and white checked lino which is in the style of an American Retro Diner. There is a wash room which has an electric foot pump and copper pipe as a tap. There is also a vintage light. The other lighting is totally unique, as my wife made light shades from 1960’s jelly moulds and they look really effective! There are several spares if you wish to change colours….
