Outstanding example of a 1972 classic Sprite Caravan complete with owners handbook and copy of manufacturers guarantee. She is completely water-tight with no damp and is in fantastic condition for 52 years of age.
We have owned this van since 2021 and she has almost all of her original features; including gas lamps, bathroom, kitchen sink and tap with foot pump, double gas hob and grille. We are selling as our children are now older teenagers and it’s time for a new project. Her price reflects the quality of the caravan and the love & care that we have given her so we would appreciate no time wasters please.
Perfect for everything from short weekends away to 4-weekadventures in the summer, she is really versatile. We have towed her on holidays from Cornwall to Cumbria, Wales, Peak District, New Forest, Cotswolds, London and the Midlands. Always attracting kind comments and turning heads, we will be sad to see her go but want to see her with another couple or family who can enjoy her just as much.
She has a full-sized original dining table and smaller coffee table along with a spacious wardrobe and plenty of under-bed storage. We have replaced the front bench seats with a fixed bed which is really useful and has a curtain rail to for privacy. Bench seats accommodate 4 people (or 2 adults and 3 children in our case) comfortably. The seats convert to a large double bed very easily…
