He we have for sale a much loved family caravan. Up for sale due to new addition to the family so upgraded to a bigger caravan. This is a fine example of an older caravan. See list of features1. 4 Birth ( front converts to either 2x singles or a very large king-size bed, and side diner that converts in to a bunk bed.2. Full rear end washroom with separate shower and cassette toilet. With wardrobe and vanity unit.3. Full kitchen with gas hobs and grill. Sink and 3 way fridge.4. Gas fire (Never used so couldn’t say if works or not. As used electric fan heaters)5. Comes complete with water and waster carriers. And whale pump.6. Onboard water heater7. Full Bradcott canvas awning and awning carpet and 2 tier step.8. Alko stabilizer hitch and lock. And wheel clamp9. No known or visible damp.10. Cris registered By all means the caravan is not perfect as it is 24 years old. There is age related marks but no major damage.There is a few bad point.1. Window rubbers are brittle and some windows are stuck to the rubber. This can be easily fixed by swap the rubbers for new.2. A couple of the Black out blinds will require attention. 3. Inside has been cleaned but the outside will require a clean.
