The caravan is in good condition for age, chasis is solid, dry inside. Everything you need will be coming with it including pyramid awning in red, blue one in pic is how it looks when it’s put up properly, unlike we did, curtains x8 are inc, draught skirts, breathable ground sheet, tv, wastemaster, water containers with pump, 3 way fridge, new thetford toilet just needs connecting to the flush, unused as we used site facilities, no shower as again used onsite, blue gas bottles. Gas and electric water heater, smoke/carbon voice controlled alarm, fire extinguisher and blanket.Curtains will prob need replacing as made my own, but not very well, so you may need to put a rail with popper curtains back up. origionally a 5 berth, but we took the bunk out and put a brand new small double spring coiled mattress with protector down (used twice immaculate) as just the two of us, but you can take it out and have another seating area if you wish. Things that need doing…..LED round ceiling lights the holes will need boring out to be made a little bigger, needs a bathroom tap, but all plumbing is there, blue hose.
