For spares or repairs, needs a new barrel for the lock (key snapped) all pieces have been kept, electric needs to be reconnected so appliances can be used. I have been told all the appliances work, except for the heater. Is a 4 berth, but the bunk beds need refitting (can be seen on caravan floor in the pictures) the table needs repairing, and needs new flooring.Wall paper needed one end, where the timber and plywood has been replaced. The other end is still in need of some wood replaced due to damp. The damp has been sealed and the caravan has been bone dry for about 3 months now. Buyer would need to collect
