SPRITE ALPINE 2 BERTH CARAVAN 1989 MODELHi welcome to the auction of our much loved caravan, only selling due to recent upgrade.This caravan is in good condition. It has only 3 owners from new non smokers. End kitchen with gas hob, grill and oven,all working. Electrolux fridge which can operate on Gas, 240v mains or 12v battery although I have only ever use site hook up as caravan has no battery. As site facilities are so good I have never needed battery. Bathroom with basin. Large double bed or 2 singles. Excellent layout with lots of storage. Spare wheel and carrier. Electrical hitch up cable included. Full size awning included.There is previous signs of damp in bathroom from leak in ceiling, now repaired. As this is in the bathroom it has not bothered me and there are no damp smells. There is a crack to bottom edge of front window but is below the window frame so does not let water in. The front storage locker has a damaged hinge but this does not effect the operation or security of the locker.This caravan is in good condition and has the usual marks and scars from family use.
