Has been used as a golf scorers hut 1 week a year for past 8yrs and stored in a container. As you would expect a few external scratches and bumps but generally in good condition. Inside very clean, appliances were working but have not been used or tested recently. Signage is only stuck on so will easily be removed with power washer.
