The caravan was parked for 3 years, so it will need good clean up. Otherwise it is in good condition for its age. There are no leaks, no damp.the carpet and the seats are clean, but obviously quite dusty, since it stood up for 3 years. The el. wasn’t tested recently, but I assume everything should work fine, as it did 3 years ago when I parked the caravan in the storage. The caravan has battery operated remotely controlled parking capability, so you can simply park it without the towbar. There is an awnings, anti vibration tow bar attachment, oven, water tanks, half full gas bottle, all tools, all kitchen equipment, cutlery, extended mirrors and basically everything you will need for camping. No reserve, grab yourself bargain. The deposit of £100 will need to be paid prior to collection.
