This is a really nice clean caravan inside and out, with very slight cosmetic damage to each front corner where previous owners have reversed on too tight a lock. After 54 yrs and 9 caravans, and also now having no storage near the house as the farmer, who charged us nothing has now sold up and we have to vacate!, Hence on the road, so we are going to try a small camper (not so much hard work on site).. Plenty of storage space, cold water to sink and toilet hand basin, 3way fridge, (refurbished replacement fitted last year ), 2 burner hob and grill. 240 volt sockets. The 2 beds/seats were deep cleaned 2 years ago and loose covers also fitted, see photos. Original carpets look almost new, as does most of the internal décor and fittings, see photos. The age is a bit of a guess, but Sprite didn’t launch the esprit 12 ,actually a slightly inflated top of the range alpine, with galvanised chassis, and double glazing, measuring 12.5 ft. (chassis number starts Q847 which I think means July ’84 , so probably ’85 model. There is no reserve, but I think starting price is very low.
