SPRITE ALPINE 2 BERTH – TOURING CARAVAN – 2014 We are a caravan and motorhome dealership in North Yorkshire and have taken this in part exchange – we are offering it here at a realistic price.The caravan is in very good condition for its age which is evident form the photographs. There is evidence of a small amount of water ingress in the washroom at the rear of the caravan which is shown with a small are of wallboard staining. We are told by the previous owner that resealing work in this area has been carried out, however, the internal wallboard was not replaced – there are very low meter readings so it appears the water ingress has dried out. The work necessary to replace the wallboard is minimal and an easy DIY job.The usage of the caravan is in no way affected. Aquaroll, wastemaster. mains hook up lead and a step are included. Also fitted tv aerial and solar panel We will safety check the caravan, however we are unable to offer any form of warranty.We would welcome any independent inspection and we would also be happy to deliver the caravan to anywhere in the UK for a pre arranged fee.
