Hi and thanks for looking at my home.I’ve been working away and brought this for my base,spent lots of time and money getting it to this nice,cosy,usable (off grid) caravan.It’s only 14ft in length and weighs 747kgs so very easy to tow and move about (1Person)Brought from a friend who had brakes and wheel bearings done 2 years ago (but not used much since)I’ve had new tyres put on,wax oiled the underneath plus made alterations to inside as original had two small kid hammocks but I’ve now made into single small bed/big shelf with lots of storage underneath.Its overall very good contdition for a 36 years old,comes with awning (l/h window zip broke) new 130amp leisure battery, fold away 1000w solar to trickle charge,2000w inverter (totalling £350) runs emergency 240v socket and 12v led lights,water pump.Also have anti sway bar and porta loo(I have made toilet space into cupboard but can put loo in as well) 240v cable extension for site electric.Lived every day for 5 months in her and she is lovely,fridge is very clean but not firing up,very small 2”crack in side window but makes no difference to van,100% water tight with no damp or nasty smells.Table turns into double bed and could sleep child at rear.New 60s original Lino floor,lots of storage,2led lights.fixed gas heater.Caravan is homed at Somerset but could arrange collection point.Best come view to get full picture, it’s my home at BA22 post code to arrange a view.I will update as soon as…
