You need Annie the Caravan.I bought this Elddis Shamal XL (4 berth) at the end of the season in 2017.. It was then stored locally and I renovated it over the 6 week summer holidays in 2018. It was sold to me as having ‘no damp’ (laughs hysterically!!!!). It’s a good job I wanted to make it my own anyway!! I sorted that and it is now a damp free 3 berth.The pretty bits:When I got it home and had a closer look the rear window was surrounded by black crumbling damp wood. As such I have totally removed the rear wall, re-insulated it, boarded it, resealed the window and painted the entire thing white inside (the roof, walls, cupboard fronts etc). I have replaced all the cabinet handles with nice chrome ones, the floor is now laminated rather than a yucky carpet. The bathroom is now painted blue, as is the inside of the door (Jamican Sky Blue to be exact). Inside the upper storage cupboards is painted orange, the lower ones (that get scuffs from your shoes over time) have been painted dark purple on the outside. The…
