We’ve had some good use out of this over the last couple of seasons, but we’ve got the chance to upgrade to a much younger van with a proper shower later in the summer so it’s time for this one to go to another home. We were told when we bought it that it was built in 1990, but the serial number starts with 89EL so it might date to 1989. MGW is 950kg and it tows nicely behind our Skoda Octavia estate.
Large awning with curtains. The photo is of this fitted to our old caravan, a similar sized but older Sprite Musketeer. There is some wear to the fabric of the small overhanging bit at the top where it rubs on the poles, but there is still a good few seasons life left in it.
13kg patio gas bottle in front compartment which has plenty of space for a second bottle as well as the waste water carrier.
Tyres are good, including what appears to be an unused spare.
Carver Cascade 2 gas water heater. Included is a spare tank I bought with electric immersion heater, which I was planning to fit to allow water heating using the mains hookup, but I didn’t get round to fitting it. I think a new O ring is the only additional part that would be required and instructions are available on the internet to do this yourself.
