Here we have a ci europa 415 4berth caravan It was built in 1982 and is in lovely condition for its 38 years. The exterior is nice and bright with only a few very minor dink’s and dents consistent with its age. There is some minor alloy corrosion on the offside which has been sealed at some point, but this doesn’t detract from its overall Fantastic 80’s appearance. The chassis is in great condition and the van is solid The interior has a real retro feel and is pretty much as it left the factory. It is lovely and clean and looks like it has had little use over the years. It has been well maintained and really looked after.It has good tyres including spare. The brakes work, as do all the road lights and it tows lovely.It has a great specification for its age and comes with 3 burner hobGrill Oven Sink with pumped water 3 way fridge Gas fireBathroom area with vanity unit/sinkI have found no evidence of damp and all the wall boards and ceiling boards are rock solid.The floor has some soft spots but par for the course with early 80’s caravans. The van is perfectly usable as is and won’t get any worse but an easy fix if you want to be bothered.There is also a crack on the inside pane of the double glazed Perspex front window. Again easy to replace if needed or just remove the inside Perspex pane. The caravan has a host of extras including a full Isabella top quality awning….
