Hello and welcome to this auction of my very old Alpine Sprite Caravan.My wife and I have owned this van for many years and in its prime we have dragged it all over this country. We have made many memories with it and even though its very tatty now its still a reluctant sale…..I can’t remember how old it is but definitely from the 80’s. We finished touring with it about 4 years ago when it became a store and a play den for our grandchildren. I had every intention of returning it to its former glory and having it back behind our car again but age and other family commitments have got in the way and now I think its just too much.As best as memory serves everything worked before it was parked up. Obviously I cant guarantee any of this now so its sold as seen. I do remember, when moving it into the field, that the damper has gone on the towing hitch. Every time you brake it bumps against the tow ball on the car but it is still towable.It is very tatty inside – use the zoom function to check for yourselves. If you are local I’m happy for any visits but drop me a line before you turn up. It will need to be towed from the field by our farmer as the ground is currently saturated so a time allowance at the end of the auction for this please.Any questions please dont hesitate…
