Has hot water (gas and mains electric), electric hook-up socket with charger, leisure battery, fridge, cooker (hob & grill) all working.
sympathetically redecorated inside to alleviate the death by beige that these things normally come in. Its a very relaxing space to be – and great when its raining..
Accommodation comprises large double bed to front and two bunks which can be curtained off. These turn into a variety of seating and tables.
Shower and toilet room with Thetford WC (looks complete and functional, we have never used).
Cooking area with the three way fridge and cooker.
Tows very nicely and stable. The black connection all works (lights etc), there is no grey connection to the car for charging (we never had a tow bar on the car with the full complement) but the wiring is there in the caravan should you need to install. Has wrench for the stabilisers.
Comes complete with waste tank and roller water tank plus pump.
It is very serviceable but not pristine! bear in mind that is an nineties van and has been well loved.
Has a couple of bits that need attention – the wash room door catch has broken and the gas fire does not work. I think it could do with a couple of new tyres, the ones on there hold air but are getting a bit old.
It is completely water tight and solid.
