Three way fridge all fully working and in good clean condition. Toilet (Thetford cassette type) fully working. Important Note:This caravan does not have a ‘habitation certificate’ therefore it is the buyers responsibility to arrange for any testing / including safety testing of any / all fittings included in the sale. Other:Water / Water heater working but not regularly used (we tended to use a water container and facilities on site) so may require servicing and purifying. Caravan heater not used or tested – we used a small fan heater. Also note – front window blinds removed (as they didn’t work) so just curtains in the front windows now.Can be viewed by arrangement early evenings, subject to serious interest in bidding / buying.
