I got this caravan 5 years ago to use as an extra bedroom when my son came home from University. He lived in it for a couple of years but it has been empty for nearly 3 years now. The bad bitsOutside it is quite dirty. I have cleaned it previously with a prtessure washer and it came up OK.There appears to be a bit of damp near the electric socket at the rear of the van in the kitchen area. Both skylights need replacing.
