Welcome to my listing for my old girl ‘Vera’, I bought her about a year ago and she’s been used as a secondary drop off point for my laundry and dry cleaning company. I’ve now moved from a temporary site to a permanent building elsewhere, hence the sale.When I purchased her, I was mugged over by the previous owner who said she was water tight, she wasn’t which I didn’t realise until after summer and the rains started. Whilst she was in use over autumn and winter last year I spent a lot of time and money sorting her out as she had leaks from the skylight but nowhere else I could see. I resealed the roof and then also removed the skylight completely and resealed that as it’s a common issue with these vans, that seemed to do the trick but she went into storage shortly after so to be honest I’m not 100% sure she is completely water tight.She is a 40 year old bird and has never been fully renovated as far as I know so she is a bit rough around the edges, again being fully honest, the pictures make her look better that she is in the flesh.Saying that, she is an awesome van and I got a lot of comments on her. She originally would have been a horrible brown/beige colour and at some point has had a resprayed which definitely wasn’t a professional job but looks ok. Her pop top…
