1966 Sprite 400 Caravan, for restoration.I bought the caravan about four years ago as a restored caravan, however the restoration was a very poor job. I started to remove the bits that needed repair and replacement, with the intention of doing the necessary repairs properly. Unfortunately time does now not permit. It is a dear little thing and given its age and neglect is in very fair condition. The kitchen cupboards, stove, grill pan, gas lamp, cushions, shelves, etc are all there. The cushions are in good condition, no holes or tears, a clean should bring them up looking well. There is a key for the door, a shade for the lamp, glass is all good. There is a smallish hole in the floor (approx 6″ x 4″, which needs to be patched, batons and some hardboard panels. I removed pretty much all of the interior woodwork, storing in a clean and dry environment. The only part that I disposed of was some of the woodwork for the wardrobe, which I thought to be of little value and took up valuable space, I am fairly certain I saved the door, which I thought would be useful for parts. The correct Sprite hub caps are there in good condition. There is air in the tyres, new wiring and lights and plug. The last two photographs are the interior before it was taken out. Sale will include a sufficient supply of the correct size batons, faced hardboard and polystyrene.
