This Eriba pan pop top caravan is in good condition, however, they are a few age related marks, shown in the pics. It really is lovely, we have had many complimentsIt has been professionally re-upholstered in good quality leatherette and has only been used twice since, so seating is in very good condition, also new curtains giving the inside a nice clean, airy retro look. It is very clean and has a small bathroom, which includes a Thetford Cassette toilet (we removed the sink so that there is more room).The kitchen area has a sink and gas hob and a larger 70L Electrolux fridge with small freezer compartment. The kitchen also has good adequate storage space.The seating area, has room for 4 people to sit and easily converts into a good sized comfy double bed.There is a wardrobe and lots of storage space above the seating area.The pop top is clean and there is also a good sized Trumatic S 3002 heater in the caravan.Two of the windows also come with sun canopies which can be put up outside, above the windows – giving a very retro look.12/240v – also included a hook up leadAll interior and exterior bulbs are LEDThe wheel lock and tow lock will be included and also will come with a full gas tank.Also included is a Rolling Water Carrier, the windows have blackout blinds, fly door screen, Caravan chassis lock and a TV with DVD player.We are only selling as we now have…
