There are no damp issues. It has seating for 4 adults which converts to a double bed, and a 2 seater dinette at the rear which converts into a single bed. Included: Kampa Air Pop awning 340 (5/6 yrs old) – requires new main beam tube; water butt; waste butt; electric hook up cable; odd bits of kitchenware.This caravan was last used in late May 2023. It does require some maintainence work, listed below:1) Corner steady broken: a new one ordered and arriving 22nd June 20232) Gas pilot light on fridge needs attention – we have used it on gas in the past but usually use electricity.3) Cooker lid has a part missing (doesn’t affect cooking).4) Some markings on windows.5) Toilet flush needs attention.6) Glue residue behind seat rest where first owner stuck some polystyrene tiles up.
