1976 Eriba Toinette Barn Find projectI am selling this 1976 Eriba Toinette pop top caravan. The Toinette is a very rare model being almost identical to the more common Titon but weighing 745 kgs so can be towed without the need for a trailer licence. The Triton weighed 780kgs. The Toinette was only produced for about 2 years 1976-77.It has just emerged from about 5 years dry storage in a barn near Limoges and the previous owner who had owned it since 2007 has moved to the Reunion Islands and could not take it with him. The body work is in good straight condition with no dents at all. It could do with a serious clean and there are a couple of areas that the paint has rubbed off. The metal part of the roof has been repainted at some point (not very well) and it has mostly come off so will need doing properly eventually. All the windows are fine as are the seals. This model is the sought after split screen version. Looks great behind a Volkswagen or other classic car.The chassis including the circular section at the front is all in good condition.
