This is sited in North Wales on a seasonal pitch which with agreement from the site owner may be left in situ. Gas and Electric in full working order new leisure
battery and water heater checked to sell at a cost of £130 (in the last 4 weeks). It a large double bed/dining area to rear with small wardrobe and bedside cabinet
folding doors convert this to a private bed room double and childs single sleeping area to front. We purchased a new wheeled toilet cassette last year which came with
a new toilet seat (still in wrapping). The van also has an on board water tank.We have had this for 3 years, previous owner had this sited in Cornwall all the time he had it and first owners hardly toured this due to ill health.Last owner refurbished the van and brand new tyres were put on twin axle to sell to us in 2015. The caravan is listed eslewhere so this advert may be removed we have
set aside this weekend 23/24th June to do viewings by appointment only. The caravan has all usual extras. We will also be leaving a large storage box. This is a very
friendly site with a mix of retirees who have been on site for over 30 years and families, our grandchildren have loved being able to come with us and enjoy the
freedom to play and make friends unfortunately ill health forces sale.
