Good points.5 berths inc 2 single 1 double and a bunk over.Complete with water carrier and waste container. Gas blown heating, lots of storage space, additional tables in side locker,4 burner hob oven and grill, air conditioning, radio. All original manuals for equipment fixtures and fittings with caravan.New wc cassette and seat fitted Hardly used. TV aerial booster. New roof light blinds/fly screens fitted. See photosNeeding attention. Roof air conditioning cowl needs replacing but air con working. Water heater recently refurbished but seems to have failed again however cold water is working, replacements are available .Bathroom sink is discoloured probably due to previous owner using wrong cleaner, I have been advised that it can be painted with acrylic paint if required.Small crack in top front outer plastic window but does not leak, and is not visible. External shower not tested and cover is missing as is the water pump cover. All shown in photos.Caravan is in Mid Wales (Brecons) on my sons property buyer will need to make contact within 24 hours of purchase and van will need to be taken promptly This caravan has been relisted due to highest bidder who said sorry he didn’t want it and didn’t bother to turn up.Please ensure that you are interested and have read all the descriptions both good and bad, and you have a suitable towing vehicle to tow it with. New tyres have now been fitted. The caravan is 7.88m long and 2.26m wide mass running order is 1456kg
