I’m not sure of the
exact year of manufacture but it is approximately 1997.
The caravan is in good condition on the whole, however there is a small area of damp inside the wardrobe, which would need repair. Other than that there are no leaks. There are a few little dents here and there.
It recently had a new
water filter fitted.
Inside, the front
seating area is in the more unusual L shape. This makes for more room and is
great for long legs! This area can be made into a double bed.
The dining area
converts to two bunk beds, although we have never done this.
There is a gas fire,
gas oven, four ring hob and fridge with ice box which can run on gas or
electric. The caravan has been sitting on my driveway for a year and not been
used, but these appliances were fully working before that. The gas system and
appliances have been checked and deemed to be safe.
There is a
surprisingly spacious shower room at the end of the caravan, with a decent size
wardrobe, separate shower, basin and cassette toilet.
