Selling an Eldis Avante 524 which i have owned for 4 years. i bought this as a site office while building a house. I added a mains water connection and also replaced the kitchen units with a wider unit so i could fit in a normal 240v fridge. As we I did not use the caravan for touring I have not used all the function but as far as i know the 12v system works fine but will need a new leisure battery. The 240v system also works fine. The caravan has no leaks and is in pretty good order considering its age which i am not to sure of.I did fit a mira shower to use off the mains water but has never been used.This would make a great caravan for a family or indeed someone to use as temporary accommodation as i have.The towing lights work fine and the brakes lowering jacks etc also work fine.There is no reserve and i just need the space back.Cash upon collection would be ideal.Sold as seen with no warranty or guarantees.
