Elddis Typhoon 4 berth towable caravan. Elderly ( 1980?) but in great condition considering her age. Has obviously been well maintained. Purchased last year as temporary accommodation ahead of a building project. All working with the exception of the warm air heater ( was told it wasn’t worth replacing) and the water heater which was replaced with a brand new Propex unit at a cost of £600. Provides instant hot water on either calor gas or electric supply. Comes with almost full calor tank, fire extinguisher and CO2 sensor, plus a variety of other accessories , cables, connectors and water tank. Soft furnishings in good clean condition, no evidence of smokers or pets having been present. bathroom area has fully working sink and shower and cartridge toilet ( clean and unused). Galley area has a Stoves 4 burner cooker with grill and oven ( all works perfectly… I even managed to bake for my builders) . There is a small but fully working fridge with freezer section. Sink and tap ( which is a bit leaky and ideally will need replacing at some point). Tyres and chassis appear to be in good condition.
