Xplore range from Elddis 2009 495 5 berth caravanThis five berth 495 features two front bench seats, a double dinette at the rear with fold up bunk, and full kitchen facilities. This layout allows you to have two separate living areas which can be essential with a family of five! As it is based on the Xplore it is much lighter than many family caravans allowing it to be towed using more family friendly vehicles.Our family caravan bought from new is no longer required as our children have grown up and no longer wish to caravan with us. Unfortunately over the last 3 years we had an issue with the front window not closing fully and there has been water ingress into the front window. This has damaged the front window surround above and below the window. You can see the damage from the photos.Included in the sale, hitch lock, wheel lock, leisure battery (will need charging) water carrier with removable handle, water pump, waste collector with wheels (one broken but can still be used), original manual, original tables, one integrated into the front, one freestanding, can be moved, set of replacement external lights/indicators, blue and pink toilet chemicals, scatter cushions and 2 gas bottles with gas remaining.This caravan has been used for our yearly main holiday and a few weekends away every year.
