With much regret we have decided to sell our 4 berth caravan as we don’t get enough time to use it . We only bought it last year and used it a couple of times and really enjoyed the time we spent using it but family circumstances have changed recently and we have very reluctantly decided to let it go . The van is cris registered in my name with security tags installed . It has a fixed double bed and the seating make up a very comfy double bed as well . It is very well kept and clean .it has some imperfections on the exterior but nothing major . It’s got gas and electric heating with option of a blow air heating which circulates quite quickly around the van . All interior lights work with an awning light as well . It comes with low voltage kettle and toaster , Knives , forks , spoons and plastic plates and awning fold out picnic table and a fold out dining table which stowes away conveniently. It has a full awning which we never got around to trying out so not sure on condition and a blow up awning could be included depending on final sale price . It has interior fly screens and blinds , electric shower and cassette toilet all clean and perfect working order . The fridge and cooker work well but the plastic catch on the fridge could do with replacing but still operates adequately. Quite literally kitted and ready…
